Before specializing in employment law, Bryan worked in the insurance industry, as a company underwriter and defense attorney. Bryan moved to plaintiff side employment law and personal injury when he joined Ross, Hackett, Dowling, Valencia and Walti in 1998. In 2000, Bryan founded the McCormack Law Firm in the Fisherman’s Wharf area of San Francisco, a small firm specializing in employment law and personal injury. In 2013, Bryan joined with employment attorney Jason M. Erlich to form McCormack and Erlich, LLP, a firm specializing in employment and labor law. He specializes in employment law, personal injury, and business law.
Bryan was born in Turlock, California. After receiving his undergraduate degree in 1997 from the University of California, Davis, Bryan attended the University of San Francisco School of Law, where he graduated and was admitted to the California Bar in 1997.
