Jason Erlich
Prior to starting the firm, Jason spent several years specializing in labor and employment law, during which he represented individuals and labor unions. A majority of his practice focuses on representing individuals in employment disputes. He also provides assistance in real property transactions and litigation focusing on commercial and residential landlord-tenant disputes, lease negotiations and property disputes. Jason advises small and medium size businesses in business formation, transactions, and all aspects of business compliance.
Jason was born and raised in Oakland, California. Jason graduated magna cum laude from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1994. After graduating from Hastings College of the Law in 1999, he was admitted to the California Bar in the same year, and is admitted and licensed to practice before all state and federal courts in the State of California.
Jason has worked as a union organizer on successful campaigns to unionize public-sector employees. Jason provides pro bono services through the Employment Law Center and the Worker’s Rights Clinic, and volunteers his time through the Bar Association of San Francisco’s Volunteer Legal Assistance Program working with unrepresented tenants.
Jason enjoys biking, hiking, skiing, camping, traveling and outdoor activities. He has traveled, hiked, camped and skied throughout the world including trips throughout the Middle East, South East Asia, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.
